At Southbury, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly and securely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process and policies.
Shipping Options
We ship all orders from our location in New Zealand. At checkout, you will be provided with the following delivery options:

Domestic Shipping:
- Dispatched by the end of the next business day
- 2-3 day delivery to main centres.
- No signature is required upon delivery.

Domestic Shipping (Signature Required):
- Dispatched by the end of the next business day
- 2-3 day delivery to main centres.
- Signature is required upon delivery.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Process
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For Domestic Shipping, your parcel may be left in a safe location at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it directly from the courier. This is at the discretion of the courier.
For Domestic Shipping (Signature Required), someone must be present to sign for the parcel. If no one is available, the courier will follow their standard redelivery or collection process.
Liability for Lost or Stolen Parcels
We take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely and handed over to our trusted shipping partners. However, please note the following:

If you select Domestic Shipping (no signature required) and the parcel is marked as "delivered" by the courier but is subsequently lost or stolen (e.g., taken from your property after delivery), Southbury is not liable.
- By choosing this option, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered to the specified address.

If you opt for Domestic Shipping (Signature Required) and the parcel is not delivered (e.g., due to courier error), please contact us at info@southbury.co.nz within 24 hours of the delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- By choosing this option, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered to and signed for at the specified address.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us at info@southbury.co.nz within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the situation. Photos of the damaged items may be required.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier network issues, or public holidays). We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if there are any significant delays.
